    Resistance Circuit

    Building strong muscles is an important part of your healthy habit journey, but it can be intimidating to know where and how to start. With our circuits, we focus on using the correct form, starting at our own personal starting line, and building from there. We always provide low-impact options and modifications for those just starting out on their healthy habit journey or who need those options.

    No Jump No Equipment (NE) Cardio

    Many think you have to go for a run or have some equipment to get a good cardio workout in, but that just isn’t true. Here is a sample of our No Equipment Cardio. Some of the No Equipment Cardio is high impact, but we always provide low impact options and modifications for those just starting out on their healthy habit journey or that need low impact options.

    Core Workout

    Building a strong core is an important part of your healthy habit journey and is more than just about getting a six-pack. With our core workouts, we focus on using the correct form, starting at our own personal starting line, and building from there. We always provide low-impact options and modifications for those just starting out on their healthy habit journey or who need those options.

    Spin Class

    Any level can participate in these Spin Classes. If you are a beginner, always know you can put your resistance at your base (or an easier) resistance and keep spinning along to build up your spin strength and endurance. The more you show up to class, the more you are going to be able to do and enjoy!

    Treadmill Class

    Any level walker, wogger (those that walk + jog), jogger, or runner can participate in the class. If you are a beginner, always know you can put your speed and incline at what you're comfortable with and just keep moving to build up your strength and endurance.
